E.E. Smith High School’s ‘Magnificent Marching Machine’ marching band will play host
to more than 15 show bands from along the East Coast during the school’s annual
Gotham City Invitational on Saturday, October 27 at 2:00 p.m. in the football stadium at
the school. The bands will take the field to compete for the Invitational’s top award –
Overall Grand Champion. This year’s guest bands are from Norfolk State University
(Norfolk, VA) and Livingstone College (Salisbury, NC).
