Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Sinclair Hearing Resumes at 1p.m.

A recess was called by the hearing officer after Sinclair's lawyers raised concerns over 16,000 emails obtained by military investigators and prosecutors.

The accused one star general's charges were read Monday morning at the Article 32 hearing, before being called for recess until 1p.m.

According to the charges read, Brig. Gen. Jeffrey A. Sinclair had licentious sexual escapades since 2008 with four women during his time in Germany, Iraq and Afghanistan.

Two of the females were on his staff, and the alleged details of the misconduct included lascivious acts in Sinclair's Afghanistan office - with the door open, on the balcony of a hotel, on an airplane and in a parking lot.
