Child Found Dead in Bathtub

Cumberland County Sheriff’s Detectives are investigating the death of a 3-year old girl.

First Responders were called to a home at 6441 Emu Drive, Fayetteville at around 10:39 a.m. on Friday, November 30, 2012. 

The child’s body was found a bathtub by the mother, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office.

The death is under investigation at this time, and no further information is available.

The child’s body was sent to the State Medical Examiner’s Office for autopsy.
