Cumberland County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested a Jack Britt High School student, after finding a handgun in his locker. 16-year old Edgar Gilman of the 2000 block of Bruce Mount Place, Fayetteville is charged with felony possession of a weapon on a school campus. He is being processed into the Cumberland County Detention Center at this hour. Deputies received a tip about the gun shortly after 1:00 p.m. on Friday and conducted a search of Gilman's locker. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident. This is the second time this year where an incident like this has occurred at Jack Britt High School.

16-year old Edgar Gilman of the 2000 block of Bruce Mount Place, Fayetteville is charged with felony possession of a weapon on a school campus.
