Cumberland County Sheriff's Detectives have charged a Fayetteville man with forcing a 15-year old girl to engage in multiple sexual acts. Allen Marise Ross, 32, of 418 Minnow Court is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under an $8,000 dollar bond according to Debbie Tanna, Public Information Officer. The victim says the crimes occurred July 2012 through November 28, 2012. Ross made his first court appearance this afternoon in the Detention Center courtroom.
