The Guilford College Department of History will host the annual Rembert W. Patrick Lecture from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16, in the Community Center on campus.
The lecture, titled “Women Rebels and Revolutionaries in World History: Kandake Amanirenas, Chand Bibi, Lenora Fulani,” will be presented by Dr. Omar H. Ali, dean and professor in the Lloyd International Honors College at the UNC Greensboro.
