• Two Killed In Fiery Single-Vehicle Crash In Sampson County (jocoreport.com) — A Harrells resident was killed alongside another man in a fiery single-vehicle crash Saturday night on NC 411, also known as Harrells Highway, just east of Garland. Troopers say the SUV was speeding, left the road, hit a power pole and tree, and burned, killing both men at the scene as the investigation continues.
