Huntersville Police Identify Homicide Victim's Remains
In addition to identifying the human remains, Huntersville Police traveled to Michigan to interview a second suspect, who is now charged.
HUNTERSVILLE, NC — Less than a month after seeking leads in a case involving unidentified human remains, Huntersville Police have some answers.
Huntersville Police has identified the remains discovered in late January off Comanche Road after a tip from Charlotte Police officers.
The female remains are that of Alibria “Libby” Kerns, 47, of Rowan County.

Huntersville Police received many leads over the last two weeks, according to the department, and those leads help them with the case.
One suspect was arrested in late January, Christopher John Nailor, and charged in Kerns' death.

Huntersville Police made a trip to Grand Rapids Michigan last week to interview a second suspect, identified as Cody "Red" Camarda Graham, a 36-year-old woman. Graham was already in custody in Michigan on unrelated charted.
After interviewing Graham, Huntersville Police got the warrants to file charges of first-degree murder, kidnapping, and concealing a death. Graham will remain in custody in Michigan until an extradition hearing is completed.
