• Robert 'Bobby' Leigh Tolson, Sr. (outerbanksvoice.com) — Manteo-area readers are remembering Robert “Bobby” Leigh Tolson Sr., a Wanchese resident and Manteo High School Class of 1968 graduate who passed away December 13 surrounded by family. A Coast Guard veteran, car dealer, and real estate agent, he was deeply involved in Outer Banks community life. His funeral is set for Thursday, December 18, at Wanchese Assembly of God, with visitation an hour prior and a reception afterward.
