- Congratulations to the Brawley Middle IB team that recently won a North Carolina state Future City competition in Raleigh. Reportedly one of the youngest teams participating, Brawley Middle IB competed against 29 other schools throughout N.C. The team, coached by design teacher Jay Hager, now will be moving on to represent the state in Washington, D.C. Competition finals will be held Feb. 18-21, National winners will be announced February 21. Good luck Brawley Middle IB! (Mooresville Tribune)
