Building Damaged In Mooresville From Winter Weather Blast
Mooresville Fire reported responding to more than 30 calls Monday morning.

MOORESVILLE, NC — The Mooresville Fire-Rescue Department reports damage in town as well as dozens of calls for help Monday morning after strong storms moved through.
The main culprit was wind, according to local meteorologists, which collapsed a building on Broad Street according to fire officials. The area used to be called Dyson Square, where the structure was severely damaged.
Winter weather rushed into the area Monday overnight, with wind gusts, snow flurries, sleet and rain.

As of 10 a.m., there are several trees down so be careful if you're out this morning as the trees may have power lines in them.
