- There are changes coming to DMV's throughout North Carolina including; appointment scheduling, office hours, and technology. The goal of these changes is to expand walk-in availability at the over 115 offices across the state. Officially starting on May 1, appointments will be restricted to morning hours only through 11 a.m.. After 12 p.m. services will be on a walk-in basis only. (BladenOnline.com)

- A notice from the Town of Mooresville that the Board of Commissioners will hold an Agenda Briefing virtually beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, February 17. The livestream can be viewed by visiting mooresvillenc.gov/live The purpose of these meetings is to provide the Board of Commissioners with an opportunity to address town staff and ask questions regarding agenda items and presentations that will be heard during the Regular Meetings, held on the first and third Mondays of each month. Such items will include public presentations, consent agenda items and regular agenda items. The Monday, February 20 meeting will be held in person at 6 p.m. at Mooresville Town Hall and simultaneously livestreamed. The public is invited to attend. (Town of Mooresville)
