According to Mooresville Parks and Recreation, "The 150th Anniversary Kick-Off Fireworks Spectacular Presented by Randy Marionwill be held on December 31, from 4-7:30 p.m. and it is going to be, well… Spectacular! The event will include a Family Fun Zone that will feature tons of exciting activities including a giant soccer kick, disco car, ninja course, climbing wall, face painting, balloon artist, roaming magician & more! Parking is limited at Langtree Village, so use one of our Shuttle Park-and-Ride locations at:Merino Mill | 500 S. Main St. Mooresville. The Cove Church | 197 Langtree Rd. Mooresville. Shuttle pick-up begins at 3:45 p.m. The Final shuttle departs event at 8 p.m. (Event: 4-7:30 p.m.). The town is asking for a canned food donation to help our neighbors in need. All donations will benefit Christian Mission and Feed NC. Please abide by the following rules while taking photos: -Do not damage the 1938 fire truck -Bring own camera and/or photographer -Be mindful of others waiting in line to take photos -Bring at least 1 canned food item to donate.
