  1. This year commemorates such a special time in Mooresville history celebrating the 150th anniversary of the town, that a limited number of very special items have been made and are available at the Mooresville Museum, such as the 2023 ornament which is being sold for $15 and the special 150th anniversary T-shirts available for $20 each. However, due to the large demand there are a limited number of items. Get them while you can! (Mooresville Tribune)
  2. The Charlotte Regional Transportation Planning Organization (CRTPO) Board has awarded $7.6 million to fund several Mooresville projects. Some of these include the Mazeppa Road grade separation over N.C. 115 and Norfolk Southern Railroad and intersection improvement projects, a shared use path on Mecklenburg Highway and a project to fill sidewalk gaps on Fairview and Waterlynn roads.(Mooresville Tribune)

  • Mooresville Police Department: "Need to get rid of unwanted prescription pills? Mooresville Police Department is hosting its Drug Take-Back Event on April 22. This event allows residents to throw away any unwanted prescription pills and syringes to prevent drug abuse and theft. You can drop off the items for disposal at Cannon Pharmacy on April 22 (521 E.
