  1. With an outstanding sense of devotion to the community, Officer Dave Harding conducts over 600 classes and events each year to bring together the police and the community. In part, because of this dedication, as well as, his professionalism and verve for his profession, Harding, who is the Crime Prevention and Community Outreach Officer of the Mooresville Police Department, was recently appointed to the Law Enforcement Community Engagement Network. Officer Harding is one of only 20 law enforcement personnel from across the country to have been chosen to participate in the organization, the goal of which is to develop community outreach programs to build police/community relationships and to support the critical and highly specialized community engagement sector of the law enforcement profession. Congratulations Officer Harding you deserve it! (Mooresville Police Department via Facebook)
