ICSO Finds Suspected Mooresville Catalytic Converter Thief
The suspected thief drives the pictured SUV, and the public helped find him.

12:50 p.m. UPDATE: Mark Lee Ball has been charged with for felony larceny of motor vehicle parts, and misdemeanor larceny.
Ball was located on Wednesday and arrested. Ball was served with his warrants and then appeared before Magistrate T. Thompson who issued a $5,000 secured bond on these charges.

The driver is wanted for questioning in reference to stealing catalytic converters in the Mooresville area on Monday, December 13 at approximately 3:00 a.m.
The dark colored conversion van in the background of the photo is the vehicle the suspect was operating at the time of the larcenies.
