Iredell Developing County-Wide Transportation Plan: Have Your Say

IREDELL COUNTY, NC — Iredell County is developing its first county-wide transportation master plan and is asking for community input.

According to the county, the master plan will identify key corridors in the county in need of congestion management, align jurisdictional goals, bridge gaps between existing and recommended transportation projects and create a list of prioritized transportation projects.

County officials have launched a community survey to collect the community's thoughts on transportation.

"Review the maps and take the survey by April 9 to let us know your thoughts on transportation in Iredell County and the projects proposed," the county said. "We will use your input to finalize the list of projects that will be carried forward for more detailed study and analysis. Your input is important to us so don’t miss out on your opportunity to participate."
