Here are the top three stories today in Mooresville:
- Today the 78th Annual Mooresville Christmas Parade will be held at 3 p.m. along Main Street in Downtown Mooresville. "Presented by Greenworks, this year's edition of the parade will have a special grand entrance with plenty of flashing lights and sirens, as area First Responders kick off the festive event. The rest of the procession will follow, featuring fantastic floats, marching bands, dance and tumbling troupes, all kinds of vintage and modern modes of transport, an appearance by the Grinch, and of course Santa. The event is always free and open to the public." Hope to see you there! (Mooresville Christmas Parade)
- "Join the Mooresville Police Department on Saturday, December 3, from 7:30-10 a.m. for free biscuits, donuts, drinks and - of course - Santa Claus! All are invited, no RSVP needed!" (Mooresville Police Department via Facebook)
