Mooresville Beautification Award Goes To Holly Station Apartments
The Town of Mooresville's Beautification Committee lauded the Holly Station Apartments' murals by NC artist Breanna Stallings.

MOORESVILLE, NC — The artwork adorning Holly Station Apartments is now award-winning. The Town of Mooresville awarded the eight-unit apartment complex on East Iredell Avenue a Beautification Award due to its "eye-catching murals" and "contemporary art flare."
The property, which is located at 604 East Iredell Avenue, is owned by TriStone Group, Inc.
"The murals’ artist, Breanna Stallings, is a native North Carolinian multi-media artist, illustrator, writer and activist, whose works of art, poetry, and mixed-media collages have been featured in various print and online magazines," said the town, which also recognized TriStone Group's efforts to keep the building's exterior brick intact.
