  1. A trailer at the Rusty Wallace Driving Experience in Mooresville was broken into and more than $27,000 in camera equipment was stolen. According to WBTV, "[the items] included 36 two-way radios, 10 helmet headsets, 75 video and 50 photo cards, 9 GoPro Cube cameras and camera bags Anyone with information is asked to contact the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office at (704) 216-8700."(WBTV)
  2. Need to get rid of unwanted prescription pills? Mooresville Police Department is hosting its Drug Take-Back Event on April 22. This event allows residents to throw away any unwanted prescription pills and syringes to prevent drug a to prevent drug abuse and theft. You can drop off the items for disposal at Cannon Pharmacy from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m." (Mooresville Police Department via Facebook)
  3. The Town of Mooresville’s Community Relations Committee is searching for new members! If you have a passion for uniting our community together, you are encouraged to apply to be part of the Community Relations Committee (CRC). According to a Facebook post about the committee, "the goal is to unite people from diverse backgrounds regardless of race, ethnicity, age, religion, gender and economic status while building relationships, healing, learning and growing.
