Sheriff Charges Mooresville Man In Sex Crimes Involving A Minor
Timothy Allan Braddock, 57, of Mooresville was charged with multiple counts of a sex act by a substitute parent, ICSO said.

MOORESVILLE, NC — A Mooresville man was recently arrested and faces numerous sex crime charges after he was accused of sexual activity between a substitute parent and a minor, the Iredell County Sheriff's Office said Tuesday.
ICSO said an investigation into the accusations was launched last week after a person filed a report with their office alerting the department to the suspected activity.
An investigation identified the suspect as Timothy Allan Braddock of Statesville Highway in Mooresville, according to a sheriff's office report.

During the investigation, detectives located and interviewed witnesses, ICSO said. That information was used to obtain warrants for Braddock's arrest on eight counts of felony sex act by a substitute parent/custodian, ICSO said.
Braddock was arrested Jan. 22, and transported to the Iredell County Detention Center. His secured bond was set at $150,000, ICSO said
