South Iredell Teachers Dance As Students Return To Classrooms
South Iredell High teachers put together a dance video to remind returning students to remain socially distant and wash their hands.
IREDELL COUNTY, NC — Remembering the rules to slow the spread of coronavirus, such as wearing a mask, keeping up social distance and frequent handwashing, became a bit easier for Iredell County high school students returning to classrooms this week.
After months of remote learning, teachers and administrators of South Iredell High School welcomed students back to school with a "Safety Dance" dance video.
In the three-minute video set to the original "Safety Dance" song by the Canadian pop band Men Without Hats, SIHS teachers donned masks and bopped in formation as a welcome to students.
