Here are the top three stories in Mooresville today:

  1. If you need to shred bills and other paperwork with your personal information on it, you can drop them off at Mooresville Police Department during the annual Shredding Event, which will be held on Saturday, April 15 from 9 a.m. – noon in the parking lot. Each person is limited to two bank box sized containers to shred. Hope to see you there! (Mooresville Police Department via Facebook)
  2. Town of Mooresville's annual Career Fair will be held on April 12th from 10 a.m. until noon, at the Charles Mack Citizen Center. Several departments will be in attendance to answer questions and help you apply online. Hope to see you there!" (Town of Mooresville NC via Facebook)
  3. Doing good in the community! Whether you are a teacher, student or community member, we all have the ability to do good within our community. Multilingual Learners teachers, at the Mooresville Intermediate School, Ms. Vehar and Ms. Hinkein, went out into the community to distribute donated (gently used and new) books to their students and their siblings. The children were so excited to pick out their books, as well as see their teachers outside of the classroom! (Mooresville Chamber of Commerce via Facebook)
