Vigil Scheduled For Mooresville Student Who Died By Suicide

MOORESVILLE, NC — A vigil is planned for a Mooresville High School student who died by apparent suicide earlier this week.

The community can attend the vigil beginning at 6 p.m. Sunday at St. Mark's Lutheran, where they can participate in an outdoor prayer circle. Family, friends and anyone who is hurting is invited.

“We hope to for a short time gather to pray, maybe to sing, and to simply be present, upholding one another in love,” the church said in a community announcement.

The church is located at 454 Fieldstone Rd. in Mooresville.
