• Prep wrestling: Trinity rules mats in home tourney (randolphrecord.com) — Randleman’s wrestling squad placed 11th at Trinity’s home invitational, with Tiger grappler Alex Raymundo finishing as runner-up at 113 pounds. The host Trinity Bulldogs dominated with six individual champions, while other Randolph County programs like Asheboro, Southwestern Randolph, Wheatmore, and Providence Grove also turned in strong performances across several weekend tournaments.
