Andrew Weeks Gets Third Loss as Crushers' Win Streak Snapped

Offense held to one run

The were held to one run Saturday night and their three-game winning streak was ended by the River City Rascals, 5-1, in O'Fallon, Mo.

According to a report from the team, the Crushers (21-25) were held to one hit over the first three innings.

Andrew Weeks (3-3, 4.93 earned run average) was tagged for all 5 runs on 10 hits in 4 2/3 innings. He struck out four and walked one.

Andrew Davis had another good night, going 4-for-4. Kellen Kulbacki had two hits.

The two teams wrap up their series at 6:05 p.m. Sunday.  Paul Fagan (3-5, 4.11) get the start for the Crushers.
