According to directions from Mapquest, Byers Field is 21.35 miles from the intersection of Detroit and Center Roads, and a 33-minute drive.
If you're going to the game, leave early. Solon Patch editor Chris Mazzolini, who covered a game earlier this year at Byers Field, warns traffic to the stadium backs up quickly. Also, the stadium is near Parmatown Mall and other shopping. Black Friday traffic and parking could make getting to the stadium tricky. There are two lots near the stadium that are $3 to park.
The winner of Friday's game will play the winner of the other semifinal, Trotwood-Madison (13-0) vs. Columbus Marion-Franklin (13-0), in the state championship game Friday, Dec. 2, at Massilon Paul Brown Tiger Stadium.
