Here are the top three stories in Avon-Avon Lake today:

1. Each year, Avon Lake United Church of Christ plans a Senior High Mission trip. This year's trip will take place from June 11 through June 19. The group will be traveling to Cherryfield, Maine to serve with friends at Maine Seacoast Mission helping and caring for the people of that community. They will be working on projects such as wheelchair ramps, siding projects, painting jobs and other home rehabilitation and improvement projects. Seacoast Mission rehabilitates or rebuilds 20 houses every year. Have a great trip! (Avon Lake UCC)
