Enjoy Trick-Or-Treating By Staying Safe

American Red Cross offers safety tips

An evening of trick-or-treating should end with glowing smiles as the little ghouls and goblins look over their haul of candy, not in tears or at the emergency room.

The American Red Cross is offering what it calls its "Lucky 13" tips to be safe while trick-or-treating.

Don't forget, is from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday.

  • Use face paint instead of a mask, which can block vision.
