Annual Avon Lake CROP WALK

Sunday, Sept. 25 is the Annual Avon Lake CROP WALK.  The CROP WALK is a 2-mile walk sponsored by Church World Service. 

The walk is from 1:30 p.m. - 3 p.m. and will begin and end at the Avon Lake United Church of Christ, 32801 Electric Blvd. 

Organized locally, the CROP WALK raises money to help stop hunger here in our community and around the world through self-help development initiatives. 

CRFS will receive 25 percent of the proceeds for use in its  emergency food program. 

If you would like to walk or make a donation on behalf of CRS, please call the at 933-3241. Sponsor envelopes are available at and Avon Lake churches.
