Auditions Open for MGP's "Oliver the Musical"

For it's 53rd season, Mighty Goliath Productions in Avon Lake will be performing Oliver the Musical!

Auditions will take place for Oliver for children on Oct.  18 from 6-9 p.m. and Oct. 22 from noon - 4 p.m.  Auditions for adults will take place on Oct. 20 from 6-9 p.m. and Oct. 22 from 9 a.m. to noon.

All auditions will take place at the  on Electric Boulevard. The show will be performed at the Daniel B. Ross Performing Arts Center at  on Feb. 10, 11, 12, 17 and 18. All who audition are asked to sing a short musical selection of their choice and to provide sheet music for the accompanist.

In addition, bring appropriate shoes for choreography, and be prepared to read. Both boys and girls  will be considered for the children’s principal parts and chorus. All youth performers will be chosen by audition. A parent should accompany youth at the audition. The show will not be performed in British accent.
