According to cleveland.com, "game balls go out to the following players for their Week 3 performances of the high school football season: Wade Nelson, a junior at Avon Lake rushed for 145 yards and two TDs in Avon Lake’s 38-7 win against St. John the Baptist from West Islip, N.Y. Keegan Rudduck, a senior cornerback at Avon Lake came up with two interceptions in the first quarter of Avon Lake’s 38-7 victory Friday against St. John the Baptist. The Shoremen held their opponent to just three yards in the first half."(cleveland.com)
