• Avon Lake Council approves Sandridge Run and Harbor Crest TIF districts (morningjournal.com) — Avon Lake City Council has approved new TIF districts to fund infrastructure around the Sandridge Run and Harbor Crest subdivisions off Avon Belden Road, where 101 new homes are being built. City leaders say the move will use future tax revenue from the development—not higher taxes on current residents—to upgrade roads, utilities, and sidewalks in the project area.
