Halloween Traffic Crackdown Planned In Lorain County

Is there anything spookier than red-and-blue lights flashing in your rearview mirror?

AVON, OH — Between Friday and Halloween, Lorain County residents can expect to see a lot more sheriffs deputies manning the highways and byways.
