Maroon Group Acquires Specialty Chemicals Distributor U.S. Chemicals

Avon, Ohio-based, Maroon Group, LLC has acquired U.S. Chemicals, a national distributor of specialty chemicals based in Darien, Connecticut. U.S. Chemicals' management team will continue to actively manage the business.

U.S. Chemicals supplies specialty chemicals for the CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers), lubricants, plastics, and associated industries.

Maroon Group is a supplier of specialty additives, resins, pigments & packaging to customers in the plastics, paint & coatings, sealants & adhesives, graphic arts, composites and construction industries.
