- Expectant of needing more school building space in the future, the Avon Lake City School district has begun the arduous process of planning for future new school buildings. - Start your summer off right and check out the Summer Arts Fest: Dance with Giants. This interactive arts festival will be held on June 11 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wade Oval. The museum, partnering with University Circle Inc., will create a unique festival experience reportedly featuring larger-than-life sculptures, roaming costumed performers, live music and more. In addition, there will be tents with free activities for the whole family, musical groups on the Kulas Community Stage, food vendors and a beer garden. Check it out! (Cleveland Art.org)
