Neighborhood Patroller Plays Enforcer
The following arrest information was provided by the Avon Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A woman parked near the corner of Conrad Street and Renwood Avenue while waiting for her child’s school bus was harassed by a man the afternoon of March 5.
The woman said that the man told her he was “policing” the area and that she could not park there. The woman's husband added that the man lived in the neighborhood and was the “jerk of the streets” there.
The man told that he is “watching for violations.” The woman was told to call police if he shows up again.
