According to a Facebook post from the schools, "He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our district, especially in the field of school food service. He also owned and operated a restaurant for several years in Wisconsin. In addition to providing his culinary skills throughout the school cafeterias, he will also be interacting with students and staff throughout the district through cooking demonstrations and meal planning." 3. Mark your calendars for the Avon Health and Safety Fair, which will be held on Saturday September 10 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Avon Aquatic Facility.
