Police Blotter: Avon Woman Charged With DUI, Underage Drinking
The following arrest information was supplied by the Avon police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A young woman from Avon was charged with DUI and underage drinking, and her two passengers were cited for underage drinking, after the car she was driving was pulled over on Kinzel Road in the early hours of Sept. 5.Â
Allison Celmar, 19, of Summerhill Drive, was arrested after being stopped by around 1:20 a.m. near Creekview.
Jeffrey Marlow, 20, of Mills Road, and Kevyn Wilson, 19, of French Creek Road, were cited and taken home by Celmar’s family, police reported.
