Ten-year-old Gavin of Avon Lake channels his inner entrepreneur and finds a way to capitalize on an unseasonably warm December day.
Patch's camera caught him (after doing a double take) after he set up a hot chocolate stand on Electric Boulevard, donned a Santa hat and began selling to passers-by on Dec. 1.
Temperatures neared 60 degrees on Saturday.
