Support School Bond Issue, Levy: Letter
Resident supports Issues 11 and 12 based on school district's record

Avon is an outstanding community with an exceptional school district.
The Avon Local School District spends less money per student than any other public school district in the State of Ohio. In short, the District continually does more with less. It provides a high-quality education to its students and spends less than the other 612 public school districts in Ohio.
At the same time, the community continues to experience tremendous growth. Thus, the District is at a critical juncture.

It has two vitally important issues on the ballot on Tuesday, March 6. Issue 11 is a bond issue for the construction of a new middle school which will alleviate severe overcrowding at the current middle school. The cost to each homeowner is minimal ($3.19 a month on a home valued at $100,000). Issue 12 is simply a renewal levy for two emergency levies and will not result in any new taxes for Avon homeowners.
I ask the residents of Avon to support their schools and community on March 6 by voting “Yes” on Issue 11 and Issue 12.
