And then we get snow on Wednesday!

With most of the heavier rain moving north, the National Weather Service has put Lorain County under a flood advisory until noon.

Rainfall overnight was between 3/4 of an inch and an inch.

Another quarter-inch of rainfall is expected during the day on Tuesday.

The flood advisory means that minor flooding in low-lying areas and poorly-drained streets can occur, and that minor stream flooding is possible as well. The ground is saturated with the recent rains, so if your home and property are prone to flooding it may happen again.

There is a flood warning in effect for rivers throughout north central and northwest Ohio, including the Black River in Elyria.
