Water Balloon Attack on Stoney Ridge Road
The following arrest information was provided by the Avon Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A prank shortly after 12:30 a.m. on Feb. 26 scared a local resident who called .Â
The woman, who lives in the 4000 block of Stoney Ridge Road, heard a loud noise then looked outside and saw a group of young people jump into a car and drive away quickly.Â
When police arrived, they were flagged down by a neighbor who said that they had been the victim of what was described as a "drive-by water ballooning."

Bad Place to Stop
Avon police were called around 12:37 a.m. on Feb. 27 after someone saw a car stopped in the middle of Moore Road just south of the railroad tracks.
Tommy Stephens, 25, was arrested for DUI.
