Avon High principal Kristina Dobos Buller had a busy night

Under the spotlight of a national television audience, principal had to do the administrative equivalent of herding cats.

Just a few weeks after taking over as principal, Buller had the task of helping to make sure Thursday's season-opening football game against went smoothly. The game was a sellout, with an estimated crowd of 5,300.

There was also the pressure to make sure no wacky hijinks ensued from the high-spirited Avon students with the game around the country.

But everything went smoothly, the students behaved, the Eagles won, 38-7, and Buller could breathe a sigh of relief.
