Beachwood Has Strong Showing at Rite-Aid Marathon
60 residents participated; four finished in top 10 in their divisions

Beachwood residents made up only 60 of the more than 18,000 runners who participated in the Rite-Aid Cleveland Marathon races, but four finished in the top 10 in their divisions in the full marathon race.
Beachwood's most junior runner was 12-year-old Kayla Rush, who finished 10th in her division, and the city's least junior runner was Lee Pressman, a 78-year-old man who finished ninth in his division.
Of note, 14-year-old Maya Rush came in just one second after Kayla Rush, finishing 11th in her division.
