Beachwood Middle School Supply List Grade 6 School Year 2013-14

Beachwood Middle School has released the 6th Grade school supply list and with the list, they shared a few extra notes to parents: 

• Write your child's name on all supplies. 
• The TI-34-II calculators will be sold in the office starting in August at $16 each.
• Students should have all supplies when school starts on Aug. 28, 2013.

General Supplies (to keep with you at all times in zip binder)

• Laptop Bag – a padded laptop bag (no sleeve, no backpack style) with shoulder strap, to fit a 13 x 9 inch Macbook
• Ear buds (to stay at school, kept in computer bag)
• 2-inch zip binder for all classes package
• 1 pencil case punched for a 3-ring binder
• 1 Jump drive Memory 1GB20
• Mechanical Pencils with 1 lead refill 
  
• 1 glue stick
• 1 pack of colored pencils
• 2 pack loose-leaf notebook paper
• 100 3x5 index cards
• 2 pink erasers

Advisory

• 3 boxes of Kleenex Tissues
• 2 boxes of #2 pencils 

Physical Education

• 1 combination lock

Language Arts/Horizons

• 1 pack any colored pens for editing
• 1 pack of 6 highlighters (Yellow, hot green, pink, blue, orange, lavender) 
• Post-it-notes 2”x1½” and 1”x2” flags
• 8 dividers
• 1.5 inch binder (without a zipper)
• Black and White Composition Notebook
• 1 pack any colored pens for editing
• Math TI 34 – II Calculator
• 3 binder dividers
• 1-inch binder
• 1 subject spiral notebook

Social Studies

• 1 2-pocket folder (no brads)

Science
