• Doctors claim retaliation, defamation in lawsuit against University Hospitals (cleveland.com) — Two pediatricians have sued University Hospitals after being fired, saying they were retaliated against for raising safety concerns that included understaffing in the emergency room at Ahuja Medical Center in Beachwood. They allege delays in critical lab results and shortages of key medications and vaccines, and are seeking reinstatement and release from non-compete clauses that limit their practice in the Cleveland area.
