Beachwood Police put a snow parking ban on city streets on Wednesday after a blizzard hit Northeast Ohio. According to the department's <a href="https://twitter.com/BeachwoodPolice" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Twitter feed</a>, motorists are asked to move all cars that are parked on streets within city limits. The ban will allow workers to plow and salt the streets. It is up to Police Chief Mark Sechrist to lift the ban. The <a href="http://forecast.weather.gov/showsigwx.php?warnzone=OHZ011&amp;warncounty=OHC035&amp;firewxzone=OHZ011&amp;local_place1=&amp;product1=Winter+Weather+Advisory" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">National Weather Service</a> placed a winter weather advisory on the Cleveland area until 11 p.m. Wednesday.
