Five Police Department Facebook Pages You Should Like
Police departments are working harder to stay connected with the community and many use Facebook to do it.

The Beachwood Police department isn't on Facebook yet, but here are five awesome Facebook pages in neighboring towns.Â
1. The Cleveland Heights Police department's Facebook page has almost 1,500 followers. They post crime news, mug shots and surveillance shots of wanted criminals, and news about public safety events.
2. The University Heights Police department's Facebook page has 99 followers. They use the page more as a safety tip, did you know kind of page. Not much crime reported on the page.Â
3. The South Euclid Police department's Facebook page is really interesting. With 2,101 followers, this page offers a special look at what it's like to be a police officer with behind-the-scenes photos. They also do a great job of reporting crime.Â
4. The Woodmere Police department's Facebook page has 62 likes. They share crime prevention, special event promotion and safety tips.Â
5. The East Cleveland Police department's Facebook page has 2,561 followers. They share information about wanted criminals, including mugshots, they share photos from crime scenes as well as media reports about crime in the city.Â
