March 22, 8:44 p.m. — Police reported that a man with no shirt was “out of control” outside Saks Fifth Avenue. When they asked him to stop dancing and flailing, he did not comply and police arrested him and charged him with disorderly conduct.

Monday, March 25, 2:05 a.m. — An officer spotted a man removing several layers of clothing and drying himself off with a towel on Richmond Road. The officer gave the man a ride home.

Attempted car theft reported

Monday, March 25, 5:30 p.m. — A woman reported that someone tried to steal her car while it was parked at the Beachwood Place Mall.

$2,500 cash reported missing from Greenlawn home

Friday, March 29, 11:11 a.m. — A Greenlawn Avenue resident reported that a five-gallon jug containing about $2,500 cash had turned up missing from his bedroom.
